Super Safari: ( St.Catherine & Canyon ) Reviews

Super Safari : ( St.Catherine & Canyon )

St Katherine's Monestary was OK the crowds are very off putting though its hard to see everything due to this you need your shoulders covered here ladies and below knee trousers men, this excursion is quite hard on anyone who can't walk a distance for medical reasons as one poor lady found out however as you have to walk about half mile to the monestary from the car park however if you mention your disability to the guide at the beginning you may get a local taxi up to the monestary entrance for an extra fee. The burning bush was the best bit for me as was the Moses' mountain.
Coloured Canyon what can we say but BRILLIANT be aware though if you choose to go into the canyon with the guides who are excellant not to wear white or light coloured trousers as I did as there is a bit of sliding on one' bottom in parts and small jumps through the canyon it reminded me of dry Canyoning. I would'nt recommend anyone with a medical condition to attempt to go down or any one that was big made as there are a couple of small squeezy places toget through however those with a medical condition can stay at the top and admire the magnificant view as my youngest daughter did. The jeep Safari going through the desert to the place where they stop at top of the canyon is absolutly brilliant the jeeps race one another over bumps etc anyone thats done a jeep safari before this is a good one. Note Once down in the canyon you cant turn around and go back its a round walk, for those who do do it it is a welcome refreshing walk from the heat and direct sun the whole canyon once in it is just breathtaking. Highly recommended.

We had a great excursion, we learned and see a lot of things about the history of the places that we had visited, with the help of our guide, HESHAM SAQR, which offered us unforgetabel moments. I advice everyone to make this excursions!!!
