Hi I have booked an excursion and I am seeing warnings of travelling outside of Sharm. If the excursion cannot go ahead because of safety will I receive a full refund?

Hi,

I have seen on your site that your plane excursions are currently running OK and are safe.

If we book any tours with you and something changes between us booking and arriving in Egypt and you have to cancel the trips, what is the process for refunds?

All the trips to Cairo by plane are running normally at the moment and very safe . To be sure Cairo by plane trip is very safe just follow this link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enjzkzoJwXQ&list=UULuWPHxVYVESbPKaj0wkrxg&feature=c4-overview just to watch some people they were on this trip few weeks ago with our company . but if we feel even 5% the trip will be not safe we will cancel the trip and you will get your money back !

Hello,
Me and my boyfriend want to book some trips for our stay in Sharm between 29th Sept and 14th Oct. However due to the recent unrest within Egypt if our flights did get cancelled..I was wondering if we would still have to pay in full for our trips/lose our deposit? Thanks.

You will book online and pay only 10% deposit and if there is any problems you will cancel your trip and get your deposit back !

We are coming to Sharm in April and are keen to do some of your excursions. We are seeing some of the problems in your country, what is your policy if we book now but decide to cancel before April, if things get worse or if we decide to cancel when we are there if things are unsettled?

Cairo is safe and all the tours to Cairo by plane and by bus from Sharm are running normally . if we feel even 5% this trip will be not safe we will cancel the trip and give you your money back .

Me and some friends are coming to Sharm from 6 till 13 of January. Would you say it is low season and if we are the only ones booking(3people) could it be that you cancel the excursion?

when our guests book trips with our company we confirm that they will go on the trips and never we cancel the trips .

Hi,

What happens if we are ill on the day we have booked trips with you? Refund or alternative day offered ?

we can change the trip to another day without any extra charge except the flight excursions you must let us know at least 24 hours before your trip .

hi regarding our trip to Cairo from sharm we are not travelling till end of march just wanted reassurance that we would not be liable for full cost if trip cancelled

Hi Jackie, I am confident that by the time you travel everything will be back to normal in Egypt, however if you do need to cancel your excursions with us for any reason you will receive a full refund immediately.

We have booked trips with you through your website. One of the trips we no longer wish to do. Can we get a refund on our deposit or use that deposit towards the cost of another trip. Can we arrange this with your rep when he comes to our hotel on 25th June?

Hi,
We are staying at Sonesta Beach Resort and have booked to go on the Quad biking excursion this evening (27/05/10) at 4.00 pm. (2 adults - Jennie Hassall and Neale Sayle). Due to illness, is there any chance this excursion could be re-arranged? - either for Sunday 30/05/10 or 28/05/10 at 4.00 pm?
We have already paid the full amount to the rep that came to our hotel and gave us our ticket on 25/05/10.
If you email me to let me know as soon as possible that would be great.
